Entrepreneurship as a transversal element in the learning of high school students

About

Entrepreneurship is inherent to the development of a person's skills. Thus, It's necessary to instill in the students, in this case of high school, an innovative mentality and enterprising. To do this, teaching teams must acquire the necessary skills that allow to guide the teaching-learning process and, in this way, will be able to transmit correct way so that they reach the necessary contents.


In addition to an entrepreneurial attitude in the personal sphere, the technical knowledge they will acquire in the course of their university curriculum development is so varied

as the future studies that will be carried out, and they range from medicine to paleontology through of course, by business administration. But, in addition, the student body requires skills for the correct management of the resources they will need to undertake the project that may arise in the future: from for example an international aid NGO, to a campaign archaeological. And those skills are common to any entrepreneurial project, that is, the management of material, human, financial and temporal resources.

Goals

  • Promotion of innovation in students: the idea of ​​the project.


  • Management of material resources.


  • Human resource management: selection, motivation and conflict management in the human factor.


  • Time management: its correct use.


  • Resource financial management: project plan.

Programme

Day 1

  • Reception and explanatory meeting of the project with delivery of training material.



Day 2 - 4

  • Talks-workshops in which exhibitions of entrepreneurs will be held.

  • It will end with the presentation and sharing end of each group.

  • It will alternate with the guided visit to some public and private entities, related to entrepreneurship.



Day 5

  • Final meeting with sharing of the achievements obtained.

  • Certifications delivery and closing event.
